Fresh Storage Method of Tender Peanuts at Room Temperature

Fresh and tender peanuts are one of the most difficult agricultural products to store at room temperature. At present, there are two mature and feasible ways to preserve freshness at home and abroad. One is to use cold storage to freeze at low temperature, and the other is to pre-cook and then vacuum package. The former has a large investment and the latter The process is cumbersome and is not suitable for the simple and cheap product processing of one household in the flower production area of my country. The method of preservative-assisted sand storage and fresh-keeping invented by farmers in Luxi in practice has undoubtedly found a new way for farmers to increase their peanut income.
Preparation of preservative: According to the principle of green and pollution-free agricultural production and marketing, it is recommended to use 0.5% aqueous solution of glycan for preservative. Glycolan is a white crystalline powder prepared from edible plants such as sweet taro and seaweed through acid hydrolysis. First, dissolve the glycan in water to prepare a 5% aqueous solution, and then add boiling water to prepare a 0.5% aqueous solution.
Preservation treatment: Mix the dried fine sand with 0.5% aqueous solution of glycan to make the water content 30%-40%. After the freshly unearthed fresh peanuts are removed from the seedlings and roots, they are stored fresh with soil in the proportion of 1 cubic meter of fine sand per 0.5 mu of product, one layer of sand and one layer of peanut fruit, without manual management such as temperature control and humidity control.
